Wedding & Event Catering

Based in Suffolk but covering East Anglia and beyond we guide our clients from the beginning of their planning process until the day of the event. We help create well balanced menus to suit their specific taste and style to bring their ideas to life. Reeves Events has an extensive list of sample menus to offer a little inspiration but specialise in creating bespoke menus; and are always looking to produce innovative, more sustainable dishes. Every aspect of the menu is freshly prepared using local, seasonal, and sustainably sourced produce where possible, and our team of chefs are versatile in their ability to create new dishes. Event Coordination & Management

As standard within our catering packages, we offer full support throughout your planning will provide an events coordinator or front of house manager on the day. Our experienced team have an abundance of knowledge to help advise clients on how to blend their catering choices and other elements on the day seamlessly and stick to schedule. With an eye for detail, and a super organisational skill (and love of spreadsheets!) we can not only provide magnificent dining experiences but take care of the planning and logistics too.

Private Parties and Corporate Events

Reeves Events cover both intimate dinners where we create a special celebratory menu for you and your guests, or larger gatherings such as corporate team building lunches. With menus designed for all, to include canape parties, hot buffet’s, on-trend street food, afternoon tea, or a formal dining experience, we’re sure to have something to offer for your special occasion.

Mobile Bar Hire and Drinks Packages

With our experience, here at sister company ‘Gather’, we know that looking after the fine details of an event is crucial to creating the right vibe for your guests. Quality indoor and outdoor mobile bars and street food are our mainstays. We take the pressure off you, allowing you to enjoy the wedding, Christmas event, party, festival or corporate function to the maximum so that you get the most from your day. Based in Suffolk, but work in Essex and Norfolk and on multiday events we travel all over.
